Data Deletion Instructions
HomeTru ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your personal data.
If you have used Facebook Login or interacted with HomeTru through Facebook (including our website, Facebook Page, or any connected apps), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we have collected.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request that we delete your data, please choose one of the following methods:
Option 1: Email us Send an email to hello@hometru.ca with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please include your name and the email address or Facebook account associated with your data.
Option 2: Call us Contact us directly at +1-647-906-5674.
Option 3: Facebook Settings You can also remove HomeTru's access to your Facebook data at any time by going to your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites, selecting HomeTru, and clicking Remove.
What Happens Next
Once we receive your request, we will:
Verify your identity to confirm the request is legitimate.
Delete all personal data associated with your account from our systems within 30 days.
Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
What Data We Delete
This includes any personal information collected via Facebook Login or Facebook-connected forms, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any inquiry or preference data submitted through our real estate services.
